The folk’s here at Price Chapel had an amazing opportunity to present our nations flag in front of our church building! We now get to admire our fifty foot flag on a daily basis, and it is an awesome reminder of the blessings we have! Thank you to all who helped out with the flag project!

There will be No Sunday evening programs on-Easter Sunday.

Price Chapel is a Christ-centered, family atmosphere church with leaders who are committed, capable and godly. There are three pastoral staff members, 10 elders, a solid governing board, and a good compliment of additional leaders including an office secretary. We are currently searching for and praying for our new Senior Pastor.

The congregation includes people of all ages and has a healthy mix of people from every economic level. There is not a lot of racial diversity; but we do reflect the ethnicity of the community. We have a thriving growing Youth Ministry as well as a strong Children’s Ministry. Both the Men’s Ministry and Women’s Ministry are enthusiastically attended and have leaders who are devoted to their ministry. The average attendance of adults/youth is 110-120. The average attendance of children ages 3-12 is 50. The nursery generally cares for 6-9 little ones 0 to 3.

Our Sunday morning Worship is a blended mix of traditional and contemporary worship. Typically 3-4 worship leaders and a worship band of piano, guitar, bass, drums, and sometimes a banjo. Service starts at 10:30 am. The service will include singing, prayer and preaching. Sunday evenings we have ”The Gathering” for adults and “The Faith Factory” for children, these classes begin at 6:00 pm. Once a quarter we host what we call BODY LIFE Sunday. On this Sunday the congregation gets to share what God is doing in them and through them. It’s a wonderful opportunity to hear how God is at work at Price Chapel. We also have Baptisms, Membership, and Baby Dedications on Body Life Sunday. Followed by BREAD OF LIFE potluck lunch to continue the fellowship.

We are a congregation committed to outreach and missions. We currently have outreach events in all of the ministries at Price Chapel. The Come As You Are Women’s events are specifically geared for PC women to invite a friend to come as you are. Men’s ministry hosts breakfasts on the first Saturday of the month that are opportunities for PC men to invite someone to attend. Youth Ministry hosts Free Dinner Friday. Once a month a meal is prepared for needy families in the community to come and be served by Price Chapel. Children’s Ministry puts on a VBS extravaganza every summer that is attended by 180 children from the community. We currently faithfully support several missionary families as part of our “giving”. We have a missions committee that works to keep the congregation up to date about C&MA missions globally. We also have sent several congregants on short term missions to work and to serve however we can.
