Continuing in our series on Price Chapel Core Values we tackle our value for Biblical Teaching and Preaching. In his first and second letters to Timothy, the Apostle Paul instructs his young mentee on how to properly handle the word of God. Today we can draw 6 lessons for the Church: 1) we should devote ourselves to the public reading of the Bible; 2) we should devote ourselves to the practice of preaching and teaching; 3) we should learn how to correctly handle the Word of Truth; 4) Remember that scripture is God-breathed; 5) Use scripture for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness; & 5) Always be prepared to preach the Word.
