The Christmas story is the story of ordinary people being overshadowed by an extraordinary God. Zechariah in the story is visited by an angel who foretells the coming of his own son, John the Baptist. When the time comes for him to be born, Zechariah is filled with the spirit and sings of praise and has something to say about the coming salvation God promised his people. What happens when God has something for us to say?
